As I mentioned during our telephonic talk, 'NIYATISHI KARAAR - NAVYAA JAGACHE NAVE AKALAN' is the name of the Marathi book written by prominent journalist Mr. Sunjay Awate, about the famous Indo-USA Nuclear Deal. He was working as the assistant editor of Loksatta when he wrote this book and now he is the Chief Editor of Lokmat Internet Edition and Group News Desk Editor of Lokmat Group. I happened to translate it from Marathi to English and the same was published under an English title as 'TRYST WITH DESTINY - NEW PERCEPTION OF THE NEW WORLD'. These JPG files will display to you the front and back pages of both the Marathi and English books. Again, Mrs. Supriya Sule (Daughter of Hon. Mr. Sharad Pawar), Hon. Mr. Prithviraj Chavan - the current Chief Minister of Maharashtra and the then Union Minister of State for PMO, and finally Mr. Rahul Gandhi have read the English version of this book. Myself and Mr. Awate became close friends ever since Rahul Gandhi sent a handwritten letter for congratulating Mr. Awate after reading this book
